To run Starry Night Pro 4.X you need:

Requires Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, 500 MHz or higher processor, 64 MB RAM and 400MB of hard disk space.

MacintoshTM: Requires OS X 10.1 or higher and 400MB of hard disk space. Will not run on OS 9.x or earlier.

For optimal performance: 700 MHz or higher processor, 256 MB RAM and 1.5 GB of hard disk space. OpenGL® support requires an OpenGL® capable graphics card (32 MB and above recommended). Optimized for NVidia GeForce and ATI Radeon based graphics cards.
