Removed Media Tools from the DOS Menu.

As you can see I have removed Modem Test from the Windows Menu and Media Tools from the DOS Menu. I removed these because of space requirements as programs such as CUREIT Ant-Virus have ballooned in size recently. Anyway, who uses Modems anymore and Media Tools is too complex to use in an emergency situation. Not only that but the version of Media Tools that I had does not support SATA drives.
