Italian melodic Power Metal. Nothing more, nothing less. HEAVENBLAST have already in their biography one full length album from Underground Symphony back in 2003. This is the material they have recorded for their second CD. It contains 9 new songs plus one cover of the classic QUEEN’s “Show Must Go On”. Their music is good and also is the performing of the band. The only thing that I didn’t enjoy very much in this CD is the production which I believe should be a little stronger and more powerful. The compositions are in good level put they are not something far above the average of the many bands of their music style. And this is what makes them nothing special even though they are a really nice band. Unfortunately the Melodic Power Metal scene seems overcrowded of good bands nowadays and HEAVENBLAST is just another good band in it. It is in their hands to make something really special in the future in order to take their head over the average and I believe that they really have the skills to do it. I just wish them the best fir the future because after all they seem to really enjoy what they are doing.
