The main focus of the game is the intuitive fluid and
accurate throwing dynamics which are greatly enhanced from
last years title and specifically tailored for each format
as opposed to direct ports. For even more authenticity
genuine darts physics now play a key role; for example
different barrel weights affect players throws. This adds
greatly to the games overall real-world
experience.
Responding to feedback regarding last years game asking for
even more realism PDC World Championship Darts 2008 is based
around an in-depth career mode featuring the seven major
tournaments in the PDC calendar with events taking place in
faithfully re-created official PDC tournament venues.
