In May 2003 THOTEN frontman Renato Tribuzy announced a new 'all star' project dubbed TRIBUZY in league with HAMMERFALL bassist Magnus Rosén, going by the name of 'Execution'. Other heavyweight guests stars for this venture included ex-HELLOWEEN singer MICHAEL KISKE, MASTERPLAN guitarist ROLAND GRAPOW, TRIBE OF GYPSIES and HALFORD guitarist Roy Z, ANGRA guitarist Kiko Loureiro and IRON MAIDEN frontman BRUCE DICKINSON. The album, which finally saw release in 2005, was produced by PINK CREAM 69 bassist Dennis Ward.
Tribuzy assembled a live band to promote the record comprising THOTEN guitarist Frank Schieber plus the NORDHEIM credited trio of second guitarist Gustavo Silvera, bass player Ivan Guilhon and Flavio Pascarillo on drums. Two back to back gigs at São Paulo's Credicard Hall, supported by JEFF SCOTT SOTO, would be confirmed for November. Tribuzy's live band for these dates included BRUCE DICKINSON, ROLAND GRAPOW, Kiko Loureiro, Roy Z and the PRIMAL FEAR duo of Ralf Scheepers and Mat Sinner.
The band put on a show in late June 2006 at the Blackmore Bar in São Paulo although illness forced Renato Tribuzy to relinquish the vocal role. Stepping in to cover would be Bruno Sutter, Theo Vieira and FATES PROPHECY's Nuno Monteiro.
A live album, 'Execution Live Reunion', was issued in May 2007 by MTM Music. The concert featured the guest appearances of Bruce Dickinson, Mat Sinner, Ralf Scheepers, Roy Z., Roland Grapow and Kiko Loureiro.
